Where can I look to find marina/yacht club jobs down south or on the west coast?

Any leads? I'm currently working at a yacht club in the northeast and I'm looking to make a "marina manager" or sorts a full time career...which means I'd basically have to move down south or to the west coast. Any ideas of where to look or know anybody in the industry? Monster and those sites aren't all that great for that kind of stuff...
