can you block websites on your computer???? if so how do you do it?????

1. internet explorer... go to tools + options + privacy = sites... and then add sites which one you want to block...
2. change your internet settings!! i'd advice you to download E7 provided by yahoo.....first you delete the cookies then you chnage options! then if it still comes out you check your computer ........that is your documents and settings and stuff because mabye the stuff is dowloaded on your computer! or it all aint work...............download Spyware doctor........thats the trial version and then have a spyware scan........after the scan it shows you were all the stuffs from and you delete those!! as simple as that!
3. i dont think that can be done with adjusting browser settings but u can always search for a software...try google or yahoo
