How to block those annoying commercial calls?

Every other second, various commercial calls from different companies call, and evidently, annoy me and my family in the process. I have heard you are enabled to block such calls by your demand. So, how can I block those annoying commercial calls? Thanks in advance.

1. Go to Yahoo, search "Federal do not call list". Go from there.
2. There is the fedrel don't call list and there are also statewide don't call lists, you can find them by searching for them in google
